Valve electronics with HART 7

SD7 electronics can now communicate with the latest generation of HART 7 devices. SD7 electronics are available as an amplifier and a controller version. The various proportional valves can be controlled with the amplifier version. With the controller version, pressure, volume flow or position can additionally be controlled. The device also offers different options for controlling, so that analogue signals or also digital fieldbus data can be processed.

HART is a special standard that is widely used in the process industry to exchange data digitally with a field device. With this, information can be read from the device or sent to the device. In an electronic description file (EDD), these values and parameters are specified and described. Of course, besides this, all devices can be adjusted and operated with the parameterisation and diagnostic PASO software.
