Ex-protection solenoid spool valve
The proven spool valves for use in Zone 0 are now available with an extended flow range. This in the nominal sizes NG4 and NG6. The two valves are available in 4/3- and 4/2-way functions and as detented execution. The maximum volume flow increases to 20 l/min with this variant. The valve is also ideal for all types of pilot control functions. It can be operated up to a maximum of 350 bar. If a leakage as low as possible is required, there is the variant with minimized leakage of less than 20 ml/min at 120 bar with reduced flow. For the valve actuation, the proven, certified according to ATEX / IEC Ex solenoid coil of equipment group I + II is used. This allows the use of WDZFA04 and WDZFA06 spool valves in underground mining as well as in open cast installations up to zone 0.
